After a chilled out Christmas and New Year holiday, the time has come to focus on dropping the pounds again!
2018 is shaping up to be an exciting time. With holidays booked to Tenerife during the summer and a cruise booked for October, I owe it to myself to improve my overall health and fitness.
I will be visiting the gym at least twice a week, taking a long walk at the weekend and trying to stick to the same meal plan as my wife, who is currently knocking it out of the park with the Slimming World plan. I will weigh in weekly and report my progress here to document my (hopefully positive) progress.
